How do I book at Saludcentertour?

Please, first contact us by email, phone or Whatsapp and tell us the number of participants, the desired travelling time and purpose of travelling (for example herniated disk, dental treatment, relax/wellness and so on).

Following, we will get in contact with you to discuss the details (specially in case of medical treatment), to plan the trip together and to give you the price. Of course, all this is free of costs.

In case you agree with all, we will send you a summary by email. After confirming the trip per email on your part, you will get a booking confirmation email from us. With its reception the booking becomes mandatory.

What is the minimum stay in Colombia?

The minimum stay for the Standard Package is 12 days. Yet, Colombia has so much to offer that we recommend you to stay longer time.

What are the payment methods, terms of cancellation, etc.?

All kinds of bank transfers are welcome. Depending on accommodation and tour package terms for cancellation may differ, all important information you will receive by email before you will confirm your tour package. That is why you will be provided with all terms and conditions of your tour separately by email before booking. 

Can I book with Saludcentertour if I am healthy?

Yes, of course! The individual program as well as the Standard Package are also preventive. The chiropractic treatment prevents from illnesses and does relax from daily stress.

Which accomodations are offered?

We offer apartments and houses in order to keep you flexible and feel at home. In the apartments you can cook according to your taste or our suggestions and try the diverse colombian cuisine by yourself. If you do not like to cook by yourself, you can discover the multiple and tasty restaurants for a cheap price. Moreover, in Colombia almost everything is deliverable.

Where are the accomodations located?

The apartments are located in the El Rodadero touristic sector (but not in its center) only a few minutes away from one of the multiple beaches. Nearby, you will find a shopping mall, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a lot more. The city center of Santa Marta with its old-city is 10 minutes away by taxi.

The houses are located 5 minutes away from El Rodadero sector and also a few minutes away from the beach (sector Bello Horizonte/Pozos Colorados).

The hotels are located in both sectors close to the beach.

Which is the destination airport ?

Santa Marta. You will be picked up by our driver.

If you would like to visit another places in Colombia, we recommend you first to travel to us to Santa Marta and continue your trip afterwards. We help you planing with pleasure.

What about the costs of living in Colombia?

The prices in Colombia are by three times less in average than in Western Europe. Prices for import customs and care products in particular are on the same level or more expensive. Here some examples of prices (aprox.):

When is the best time to travel?

It is possible to travel to Colombia all the year, specially to Santa Marta. The wet season (which is much less significant at the cost than at the interior of the country) starts by end of April and ends by beginning of June and further from end of September till beginning of November. During January and March there is usually no rain at all. There are no hurricanes. The temperature is all the year not less than 25° C.

What is the concept of contract with Saludcentertour?

Except for the chiropractic, Saludcentertour is exclusively an intermediary between guest and doctor. The contract of treatment is concluded between the guest and the doctor; the doctor is not working for Saludcentertour. The only mission of Saludcentertour is to facilitate a doctor, organize the stay, offering help (translation etc.) and the best relax to the guest.  

Can I travel with kids?

Yes, of course! Children can accompany you or come for a treatment.

Is Colombia safe?

Colombia and especially Santa Marta are as safe as the majority of other countries or cities of Latin America. However, avoid non touristic areas, empty streets at night and showing expensive objects in public.
